Sake, simple y puro

El sake es una bebida alcohólica de Japón elaborada con arroz con un contenido de alcohol de aproximadamente el 15%.

El sake no se puede elaborar sin respeto por la naturaleza.

El sake nace de ingredientes simples y naturales: agua y arroz. Luego el koji, que es lo que convierte el almidón en glucosa, permitiendo que la levadura comience a fermentar, creando el producto que amamos.

El koji y la levadura son los elementos principales aquí, y nuestro papel es facilitar su trabajo.

Nuestra historia:
un sake digno de un emperador

En el mundo millennial del sake, Sakari es una startup de apenas 130 años. Sus jóvenes fundadores querían construir el futuro de la sociedad japonesa a través del amor, el estudio y la colaboración. El mismo espíritu nos impulsa hoy.Los cinco fundadores de Sakari se pueden ver en nuestro logo: cinco vasos de sake que se combinan en un brindis para crear una flor de sakura.

Es difícil pensar en un lugar mejor que Nishinomiya para preparar sake. Nuestra tierra, ubicada en la prefectura de Hyogo, es famosa por su excelente arroz y agua.

AGUA

Usamos Miyamizu, el agua subterránea del monte Rokko, que se origina en Nishinomiya. El contenido mineral lo convierte en un ingrediente clave para crear un sake delicioso, limpio y crujiente.

ARROZ

Nuestro arroz local se llama Yamada Nishiki, también conocido como el "Arroz Rey del Sake". Tiene granos grandes, y sus caracteristicas son ideales para hacer sake.

KOJI

Koji es un tipo especial de hongo que convierte el almidón en glucosa, condición necesaria para la fermentación. Al mismo tiempo, gracias a la actividad del koji, se produce el aminoácido del sake.

LEVADURA

Utilizamos diferentes tipos de levadura (más de 600) para producir los aromas inconfundibles de nuestro sake. Usamos nuestra levadura original que solo existe en Sakari Brewery.

Dependiendo del tipo de arroz, koji, levadura, temperatura y grado de molienda del grano de arroz, se obtienen tipos de sake completamente distintos con diferentes características de sabor.

Un tipo de sake puede ser afrutado y el otro seco. Algunos tipos se disfrutan mejor calientes, otros fríos. Los diferentes tipos de sake son adecuados para diferentes platos y diferentes momentos.

Under our management philosophy of fostering “Dreams for enterprises, happiness for society, and a Nihonsakari loved by people, we are engaged mainly in manufacturing and distribution of sake and other relevant business in accordance with our creed “Quality first, reputation first, implementation first”. For this reason, we will require our employees to be fully aware of the importance of protection of personal information processed by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”), and prescribe internal regulations for Personal Information control to promote its implementation, maintenance, and improvement in a consistent manner.

  1. The Company will comply with the applicable laws and regulations, guidance provided by the Government, or other relevant standards for Personal Information processed at all our businesses as well as Personal Information of employees, and establish a Personal Information Protection Management System in compliance with the “Requirements for Personal Information Protection Management System” pursuant to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS Q15001) to protect your Personal Information.

In collecting and using Personal Information, we will specify the purposes of use of Personal Information, and process Personal Information to the extent necessary for accomplishing such specified purposes, and take appropriate measures to avoid any use other than such specified purposes (“Use for an Unintended Purpose”).
